These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Male Clinic website, and to bookings, consultations, treatments, and purchases made with Male Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Male Clinic
Male Clinic provides private men’s health and aesthetic services, including clinician-led consultations, assessments, treatments, and selected retail products. Our services may be delivered in-clinic, online, or via a combination of both, depending on suitability and clinical requirements.
2. Eligibility
- Our services and products are generally intended for adults aged 18+.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when booking or purchasing.
- We may refuse service where clinically inappropriate, unsafe, or where required information is not provided.
3. Bookings, consultations and clinical decision-making
When you book with Male Clinic, you are reserving clinician time and clinic resources. Clinical suitability is determined by our clinicians based on the information you provide and an assessment at the time of consultation.
- We may request forms, photos (where relevant), or medical history before confirming suitability.
- Outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
- If a clinician determines a treatment is not suitable, we may recommend alternatives or decline treatment.
4. Prices, deposits and payment
- Prices are displayed on our website or confirmed during booking and may change from time to time.
- Some services require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.
- Deposits are typically deducted from the final treatment cost (unless otherwise stated).
- Payments may be processed via third-party payment providers.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows
Cancellation and rescheduling rules are designed to protect clinical availability and minimise unused appointment slots. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
- 48 hours’ notice or more: you may be eligible to reschedule or request a refund (subject to the Refund Policy).
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: fees/deposits may be retained to cover reasonable costs and reserved clinician time.
- No-shows: missed appointments without notice are usually non-refundable.
- Late arrival: appointments may be shortened or rescheduled and charges may still apply.
6. Treatment results and aftercare
- Results depend on many factors including individual response, medical history, and adherence to aftercare advice.
- We provide aftercare guidance where relevant; it is your responsibility to follow it.
- Where appropriate, we may offer review appointments to assess progress and safety.
7. Prescriptions and regulated products
If prescription medicines are supplied, they are provided only following clinical assessment and where appropriate. For legal and safety reasons:
- Prescription medicines are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed, unless faulty or incorrect.
- You must not share prescription medication with anyone else.
- If you believe a dispensing error has occurred, contact us immediately and do not use the product.
8. Product purchases (non-prescription retail)
If you buy non-prescription products online, UK consumer rules may apply, including rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please see our Refund Policy for returns and refunds.
- Products must be used as directed and in line with any safety guidance.
- Hygiene-sealed items may not be returnable once opened (unless faulty).
- We may require proof of purchase for returns or support requests.
9. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate medical and personal information and inform us of changes (e.g., medications, allergies, conditions).
- Follow pre-treatment and aftercare instructions.
- Attend appointments on time and behave respectfully toward staff and other patients.
- Do not misuse our website, forms, or booking systems.
10. Communications
We may contact you about your booking, treatment, orders, or important service updates using email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp (where used). These are “service messages” and may be necessary even if you opt out of marketing.
11. Privacy and data protection
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. Health information is treated as sensitive and processed only where lawful and necessary for care delivery.
12. Website use and intellectual property
- All website content (text, design, graphics, logos) is owned by Male Clinic or used under licence.

14. Complaints and service issues
If you have a complaint or concern, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and respond fairly.
- Provide details of the issue, relevant dates, and any supporting information.
- We may propose a review appointment, corrective action, replacement product, or other appropriate resolution.
15. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, Male Clinic is not liable for losses arising from:
- Information you provide being inaccurate or incomplete.
- Failure to follow clinical or aftercare instructions.
- Delays or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- Indirect or consequential losses (to the extent permitted by law).
16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or inability to provide services caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example, severe weather, power outages, staff illness, supplier disruption, or regulatory restrictions). Where possible, we will reschedule promptly or provide appropriate options.
17. Changes to services and these Terms
- We may update services, prices, and availability from time to time.
- We may update these Terms when needed. The latest version will be published on our website.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
